The Manatorium is a unique, for-sale storage concept
It is all about creating a community of like minded individuals. It is a getaway for those that love their toys and can't or won't keep them at home. By combining the exclusivity of a country club and the need for storage of car collections, RV's, boats, workshop space or other storage needs such as business supplies or equipment, with the community building among like minded individuals within a gated secure environment.
The Manatorium will be a series of buildings that are divided into individual for-sale units with large roll up doors of varying sizes to accommodate a variety of consumer needs. Owners will have gated access to the community which is maintained by an owners association. Units will range in size from approximately 500sf to over 1,100sf.. For the customer that wants it all, units can be combined to exceed 2,000sf.
